RCG Competitive Teams General Information
The Purpose of our competitive program is to provide our athletes that possess the ability, will, and desire an opportunity to explore competitive gymnastics in a safe, fun, and positive learning environment. The program emphasis is to facilitate the development of well-balanced and confident athletes who can take pride in their individual achievements as well as those of their teammates.
We Believe a well designed program is one that fosters the development of self discipline, responsibility, self-confidence and self-image. We have selected experienced USA Gymnastics Professional members to lead our competitive programs. We offer in-house and external training opportunities for all our teaching and coaching staff in order to maintain the highest level of instruction and professionalism.
Our Goal is for each gymnasts and coach to function at
their highest level while maintaining and fostering their sense of pride and
self worth. We do this by creating an atmosphere that is supportive physically
as well as emotionally; by creating an environment that is safe as well as fun.
It is our hope that the positive influences our gymnasts receive here will
create positive influences they will carry with them throughout their lives.
Red Cedar Gymnastics is a USAG member and offers team programs for boys and girls based on USAG guidelines and attend USAG competitions. Membership on all Red Cedar Gymnastics teams is by invitation only.
