Instructor Aimee Brown has an
Exercise Science/ Sports Physiology Degree from MSU, is an AFAA
certified aerobic instructor and a Yoga Fit certified yoga instructor.
She has been teaching in the area for over 15 years.
Cardio Bullet
(Ages 16 & up)
Classes are 45 minutes in length and activities include:
A “base level” class to offer an introduction to exercises with
simple routines.
Speed and power drills are incorporated.
Bring a towel and wear clothing comfortable for movement.
Muscle Strength & Core Training
(Ages 16 & up)
Classes are 45 minutes in length
and activities include:
This class will be utilizing bands to increase muscular
strength.
We will work all the body parts: 15 minutes upper body, 15
minutes lower body and 15 minutes of Abs and lower back.
Bring a towel and wear clothing comfortable for movement.
Cardio Interval
(Ages 16 & up)
Classes are 45
minutes in length and activities include:
This class will alternate between cardio and band work in 4
minute intervals.
Get cardio and muscular strength in one class.
Bring a towel and wear clothing comfortable for movement.
Beginners Yoga
(Ages 16 & up)
Classes are 60 minutes in length
and activities include:
This class will teach you the basic moves of yoga at a slow
relaxing pace.
We will work on increasing flexibility, agility, strength,
focus, coordination, balance and connectedness of mind, body, and
spirit.
Bring your own yoga mat and wear clothing comfortable for
movement.
Mixed Level Yoga
(Ages 16 & up)
Classes are 60
minutes in length and activities include:
This class will move through yoga poses at a faster pace than
the beginner’s yoga.
This class is geared toward people who have had a few yoga
classes and know the poses.
Bring your own yoga mat and wear clothing comfortable for
movement.
