Come explore the sport of gymnastics, earn a
scouting badge or reward a group of hard working kids by treating them to a field trip at Red Cedar Gymnastics.
We set up the gym with age appropriate games, obstacle course, and
activities. All you do is provide excited kids!
FIELD TRIP LENGTH & COST
Field Trips are 1-Hour in length
A hour long trip is $5.00 per child or a $40.00 minimum.
A 90 minute trip is $7.00 per child or $56.00 minimum.
FIELD TRIP STRUCTURE
After a group warm-up, children will move through 1 of 2
obstacle courses set up utilizing the men’s and women’s equipment as
well as the tumble trak. Field Trips held at the Lansing gym will also
enjoy time in our loose foam pit while Okemos party guests love to jump
on our super–bouncy competition bed trampoline. The event ends with
group activities such as the parachute, imaginative games or relay races
depending on the make-up of the group.
RATIOS
2 – 5 Year Olds: 1 instructor per 10 children
6+ Year Olds: 1 instructor per 12 children
Parents, Teachers and Aides for younger groups are
required to assist the children throughout the field trip.
REQUIREMENTS
Advanced reservations, a signed field trip contract and
a $25.00 non-refundable deposit are required.
A head count of participants as well as a consent form
for each guest must be received by the office 2 Business Days prior to a
scheduled event.
Full payment is required before the event.
Red Cedar Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel any
field trip when either is not received 2 business days before the party.
Guests without waiver forms will not be allowed to
participate in gymnastics activity. No exceptions.
