Red Cedar Dance Classes

See schedules and forms for available times, costs, registration information, and forms

All classes will follow a general format but change and the dancers themselves evolve. All classes begin with adequate stretch and warm up and a review of prior weeks techniques. From here students will move on to floor work building and learning new techniques. Class will then move on to work on their short routine as basics are learned and mastered. Class will end with a cool down to relax those hard worked muscles.
