Classes are 30 minutes in length and activities include:
- Ideal for beginners or those interested in dance but have no
prior training.
- Introduces movements to a variety of music types so students
become comfortable with different types of body movements.
- Class will focus less on technique and more on developing body
awareness and interpreting music.
- No prior experience required.
- Proper attire to allow for free movement is a must.
