Let us do the work and your child enjoy the party! We provide the invitations,
set up, clean up, custom paper products, utensils, balloons, goody bags for the guests, gift for the
birthday child, and all of the fun! Families are welcome to bring pizza, cake,
ice cream, or other items to personalize the party for their child.

PARTY STRUCTURE
After a group warm-up, guests will move through 1 of 2 obstacle courses
set up utilizing the men’s and women’s equipment as well as the tumble
trak. Parties held at the Lansing gym will also enjoy time in our loose
foam pit while Okemos party guests love to jump on our super–bouncy
competition bed trampoline. Gymnastics time ends with group activities
such as the parachute, imaginative games or relay races depending on the
make-up of the group. Following gymnastics activity, guests will move to
on to party time.
PARTY LENGTH AND CONTENT -60 minutes is spent on gymnastics activities
-60 minutes is allowed for party time
-Additional Party Time may be reserved at an additional charge
PARTY RATIOS
3 – 5 Year Olds: 1 instructor per 10 children
6+ Year Olds: 1 instructor per 12 children
REQUIREMENTS Advanced reservations, a signed birthday party contract and a $30.00
non-refundable deposit are required. A credit card number will be kept
on file to hold the reservation. The balance due for the party, a
complete list of all guests as well as a consent form for each guest
must be received by the office 2 Business Days prior to a scheduled
event.
Guests without waiverforms will not be allowed to participate in
gymnastics activity. No exceptions.
Red Cedar Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel any party when any of
the above is not received 2 business days before the party.
The credit card of the adult host will be charged $15.00 for each guest
added the day of the event.
